Tomorrow is a big day for Tristan. First day of preschool. Today we went to Open House so he could get familiar with his classroom etc. He enjoyed his time.....new toys, new kids, new environment...but every couple minutes or so he'd come back over to Rod and I and say "You're not leaving, right?"
It may be a tough morning. For Tristan. Well, for Momma too. Rod predicts tears on both sides. Three mornings a week -- I'm just glad it's not kindergarten yet.
A funny thing though--on the way home, he asked if we could go get Aynsley. Mind you--we'd only been away from her for 30 minutes but he missed her. I asked him "Is Aynsley your best buddy?" He said "No!".... "She's my best girl!"
I'll post how Day 1 goes for both of them tomorrow.
