We have the same thing in one of our trees. Each month we spot 2 white eggs in a nest and in about a month they are flying off and within a day 2 new white eggs take their spot in the same nest. I think this is the third batch in the same nest. I imagine it is the same bird that keeps reusing the nest she built.
