We try our best to keep Thursday afternoons devoted to family play around here. So today we headed off on an exploration adventure to spend some quality time discovering new country.
This oak lined "canal nook" is now a favorite that we hope to re-visit.
Tristan didn't seem to mind the icy temps...but this was as much as his toes allowed him.
The lighting makes that water look ominous, but it was remarkably clear.
The sun starts to set and we welcome the early moon...
