A: Breakfast!

Flapjacks topped with Guava Syrup
What with all this talk of guavas and such,
it inspired me to make
a family favorite around here.
Isn't it fun to make breakfast for dinner?!
And this pancake recipe makes more than the average flapjack!
We highly recommend guava syrup atop! :-)
To make your pancake mix, combine the following ingredients:
4 cups quick oats
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup powdered milk
3 tablespoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
Now that your mix is done, it will last
you for several pancake makings.
Whenever you want yummy and healthy pancakes,
take 2 cups of it and mix it, alternately with water, with:
2 beaten eggs and 1/3 cup oil. Then pour on your griddle!
& on the side....BACON!
That's What's for Supper around here!
