In The Greenhouse
This Week
the cattleyas pictured below are actually
pups from plants grown by Rod's late grandfather,
who also had a passion for orchids.
So you can imagine Rod's delight
this week as the blooms opened one after another-
they are exquisite!
And it didn't take long after these beauts starting
showing themselves that they got moved inside
right beside my desk!
Finally, these Chocolate Orchid (also oncidiums) blooms
are itsy-bitsy & still incredible.
Yes - they actually smell like chocolate!
While we were working in the yard today,
Aynsley discovered a new tiny pet....
