Here's my very basic two-thumbs-up tip for this special Tuesday. Celebrate!
Celebrate the day!
"This is the day that the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be glad in it!"
And not just on our birthdays but every day.
I want to teach my kids how to appreciate the little things in the everyday. Just to be thankful for another sunrise, our health, and each other. It doesn't take but a second to look around and notice tons of little blessings God has bestowed. And on this day, I am very grateful for my friends and family that have already blessed my day with their calls, cards, and simple birthday wishes. Thank you!
I admit I'm big on birthdays...Hip Hip Hoorah for a party! But I was thinkin'...why shouldn't we throw a party just because! Just for fun- just to celebrate the day that the Lord has made! It's been tried and tested, and is two-cents worthy!
Let's find reasons to rejoice and be glad in it!
