We knew it was time....I snapped this pic on Monday & was surprised at how they'd grown in one short week. Judging by the size of those babes, we were thinking it would soon be time to fly the coop. And time it was. Today Rod watched as Momma and Daddy Dove hung around as Birdie #1 (whom Tristan named Bruce) learned to fly. According to Rod's report, he scooted around our yard and finally flew into the oak tree in the front yard. I came home in the middle of it all and hurriedly snapped a pic just before the Dove Family flew away together. We felt like we were a part of it all from start to finish - just so cool!
