Our weekend started out with some quality family time in the kitchen. Aynsley and I had a craving for Paula Deen's Ooey-Gooey Butter Cake..(okay, maybe just momma)....if you haven't indulged in this cake, you must. It practically melts in your mouth. We decided to whip one up to go with Movie Night. It was Aynsley's first real baking experience so I had camera in hand. Had a hard time keeping her out of the powdered sugar but then I gave in and decided to join her. We pulled out the bed in the sleeper sofa, gathered our blankets and pillows, and settled in for a viewing of Jurassic Park. Now that's a good Friday night!
