Yesterday's adventure was just about a perfect day on the water. Beautiful blue skies, cool water, good fun. We took the boat down to Little Gasparilla Island and anchored in shallow water. We entertained ourselves with shell collecting, sand digging, fishing and picnicing.

Our crew has tried all kinds of picnic fare on the water.
In our opinion, the very best tasting thing to eat
on the boat is cold fried chicken followed by an orange or pineapple or both!
Gotta rest up for all the fish we're gonna catch!
Tristan's 1st Snook. Well, he had a little help but if you asked him, he'd tell you quick it was "my 'nook' fish". No, it was not a keeper.....since we're not in snook season, it was strictly catch & release, though I'm not sure the idea appealed to Tristan.
Mr. David, next time how 'bout you and Oren come fishin' with my Daddy and me?
